"StepTwo"... for your Custom Made Flowerpot made with memory Wood

Please complete Step One before completing this step in the process.

Step one: Making a non-refundable deposit starts the process for your custom Memory Flowerpot. Next, we will send you a pre-addressed mailer for you to safely ship your sentimental wood. The mailer should arrive within 3 to 5 days after we receive your deposit.

We will also reach out via email or text to confirm your order, verify your contact information, and discuss the specific style, size, and pricing options for your finished flowerpot.

Wood Requirements

To ensure your wood can be safely incorporated into a flowerpot, please use the following guidelines:

• Thickness/Width: No less than 3/4 thick or wide, and no more than 4” wide.

• Length: Between 3”and 9”.

• Quantity: You can send multiple pieces, as long as they fit easily into the mailer.

• Condition: Wood can be somewhat weathered, but it must be solid with no rotting or breakage. Plywood is acceptable (though its appearance will look different than solid wood), but please do not send particle board or laminated wood.

Timeline & Delivery

Once we receive your wood, it takes approximately 6 to 8 weeks to handcraft your special Memory Flowerpot. Please note that any unused wood will not be returned.

We will contact you via email when the Flowerpot is finished  and you can then complete this "Step Two."
