"Step One"... for a Custom-Made Flowerpot with a Memory

Step One: A non-refundable deposit starts the process for your custom Memory Flowerpot. After we receive your deposit, we’ll send you a pre-addressed mailer so you can safely ship your sentimental wood. The mailer typically arrives within 3–5 days.
We’ll also contact you by email or text to confirm your order, verify your contact info, and discuss the style, size, and final pricing options for your flowerpot.
Wood Requirements To ensure your wood can be safely incorporated into a flowerpot, please follow these guidelines: • Thickness/Width: Minimum 3/4 in., maximum 4 in. wide • Length: 3–9 in. • Quantity: Multiple pieces are fine if they fit easily in the mailer • Condition: Weathered is OK, but it must be solid (no rot or breakage) • Materials: Plywood is OK (appearance differs from solid wood). Please do not send particle board or laminated wood.
Timeline & Delivery Once we receive your wood, please allow 6–8 weeks for us to handcraft your Memory Flowerpot. Unused wood is not returned.

*The Custom Process
1. Submit the $20.00 deposit, your name, contact information.
2. A mailer will be sent for you to send the memory rich wood. Pieces must be between 4 - 10" long, 1 - 6" wide and 1/4 - 1" thick. Pieces must fit in mailer securely
3. Send a type written note in the mailer or an email to holtedoug@gmail.com with any directions or ideas on how you would like the memory wood to be used in your Flowerpot.
4. Once I receive the mailer I will contact you to get more details, determine the remaining cost and then start making your Memory Rich Flowerpot.
5. When the Flowerpot is complete I will send a picture of it to you and if you approve you are to send the remaining cost agreed upon. Your Flowerpot will then be sent to you to hold beautiful flowers and beautiful memories.
